    We are looking for a Hong Kong-based Client Acquisition Specialist to join our Marketing team and play an integral role in the seamless transitioning of a prospect from enquiry to sale. You will report to our Director of Customer Marketing and CRM.

    Your Responsibilities

    Market Research:

    • Proactively searching for currently ‘cold’ leads with an identifiable need for VistaJet’s services;
    • Ensuring that research and correspondence with prospects is adequately captured and updated on Salesforce for use by Sales Vice Presidents and briefing the Sales Vice Presidents for prospect meetings;
    • Follow-up on events and direct marketing campaigns to preserve the interest of prospective customers by maintaining continuous contact via email;
    • Periodically scanning the database for incomplete information to ensure it is kept accurately up-to-date;
    • Developing databases and mailing lists through local business, industry and social event publications;
    • Formatting and presenting research related to cultural, financial, governmental and business environment which may affect VistaJet’s business, prospective client lists and strategic sales plans;
    • Developing reports on sales trends and consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits - presenting findings in the most relevant way for the intended audience;
    • Regularly communicate with the marketing team on ways to optimise the customer offering.


    Social Media Marketing:

    • Working with the rest of the Marketing team to ensure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and encouraging adoption of relevant social media techniques;
    • Managing content calendars for regions covered to ensure consumer engagement;
    • Identifying KPIs to measure success of social media campaigns across all platforms;
    • Measuring the impact of social media campaigns and sharing insights to optimise future strategy;
    • Responding to social media enquiries.


    Digital Advertising:

    • Collaborating with the marketing and sales teams on the planning & running digital marketing campaigns;
    • Updating on campaign progress, analysing the outcome of each campaign, providing reporting and recommendations to the marketing and sales teams;
    • Providing recommendations and drive future digital marketing initiatives;
    • Optimising and reporting on learnings in order to repeat success (test and learn);
    • Identify possible partnerships to grow leads and conversions.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • You’re an ambitious Business, Marketing, Economics graduate at the early stages of your career;
    • Fluent written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin skills;
    • Digital Marketing savvy including web analytics, search, display, lead generation & acquisition strategies;
    • Experience in sales and/or client acquisition, with a proven ability to liaise at Director/Executive level;
    • An analytical mindset, with a solid understanding of managing and utilising data to drive sales prospecting decisions. Familiarisation with database management tools desired but not required;
    • IT proficient, with particular skill in Excel, and the ability to quickly master new systems and software. Previous experience with Salesforce will be advantageous;
    • Exercises the highest level of discretion when dealing with confidential information;
    • Able to work in a changing environment and be comfortable with changing requirements.
