VistaJet is the first and only global aviation company. Responsible for the whole pre-sales marketing process, the Client Acquisition and CRM Senior Manager oversees research, insights, CRM and sales tools. It integrates with the whole marketing team providing insights into campaign effectiveness and integrating all customer touchpoints.


The goal of the role is to maximize the number of valuable leads provided to the sales team, maximizing conversion rate while reducing time to convert.  As the lead for CRM, the Manager is in charge of one of the most valuable databases in the world, developing and nurturing our knowledge of clients and target audiences. Acting as a pivot figure between sales and marketing, the Manager is also in charge of constantly improving business and marketing processes.


You will report to the EVP of Marketing and will be responsible for remotely managing a team of 5 research and CRM specialists.

Your Responsibilities

Market analysis


  • Provide the CCO with findings on sales trends and consumer demographics, preferences, needs and buying habits; presenting findings in the most relevant way for the intended audience.


CRM Systems Development


  • Supporting a CRM three-year vision to create the most valuable CRM database in the world.
  • Segmenting data to create insightful reports for the board and the customer experience, sales and marketing teams.
  • Integrate processes into the Salesforce tool to increase automation.
  • Create campaigns and processes to collect data to produce a 360 degrees customer view
  • Process mapping of lead generation to acquisition- understanding and training of how to manage incoming enquiries from prospective customers
  • Facilitate prospect engagement and onboarding models for conversion improvement, retention and upselling
  • Identify additional opportunities for use and development of VistaJet CRM platform by assessing business needs
  • Administer the implementation of CRM changes and strategies, including integrations, training, and reporting
  • Research and integrate external databases
  • Establish processes to ensure the quality of our data e.g. that customer data is regularly refreshed and that Data Protection Act (DPA) guidelines are followed in all circumstances
  • Be the champion of data collection at every touchpoint, including the pre-sale and sale process.


Sales tools and marketing campaigns


  • Development of sales tools and sales messaging
  • Ensure accurate distribution of marketing materials
  • Consult on co-marketing opportunities to maximize amplification of campaigns by partnering with other brands, influencers, or owners pof relevant prospect databases
  • Identify global and regional specific opportunities for customer communications; brief required marketing campaigns
  • Analyze results of campaigns and suggest changes to maximize results: design, messaging, timing, mechanics of campaign flow
  • Ensure follow up on events and marketing campaigns via email and telephone
  • Support email marketing process including communication planning, list segmentation, delivery and conversion reporting

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or another related discipline
  • Experience managing and motivating a team
  • Proven experience of administering and configuring Salesforce and Pardot
  • Strong knowledge of Salesforce functionality and reporting capabilities
  • Understanding of relational databases, data integration tools and data cleansing
  • Strong knowledge of the sales process and lifecycle
  • Excellent written and spoken communication, with the ability to express ideas clearly


  • Experience of working in complex global organization
  • Salesforce ADM Certification
  • Additional languages other than English would be advantageous
