Job Profile

VistaJet, the first and only global aviation company, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to be the first point of contact for VistaJet employees on HR related matters.

 

 

You will be based at our Malta Headquarters and will be supporting employees in our Malta, London, New York and Hong Kong offices as well as flight deck crew and Cabin Hostesses based around the world.  

Your Responsibilities

  • Coordinating the onboarding of new employees, ensuring there's a positive employee experience;
  • Coordinating new starter induction training and maintaining induction administration;
  • Inputting and maintaining employee details on various internal databases;
  • General day-to-day HR administration;
  • Assisting in daily, weekly and monthly reporting;
  • Preparing general HR related correspondence and other HR duties as assigned;
  • Supporting the HR Manager by acting as a true HR business partner to VistaJet employees;
  • Supporting the HR management team on HR related projects;
  • Providing assistance to the Global HR team on activities related to HR and payroll;
  • Assist on recruitment related duties.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Previous experience in a HR administrative role OR degree educated in a HR related field;
  • Excellent organisational skills and an impeccable attention to detail;
  • Fluency in English with clear written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong proficiency with business systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
  • A positive can-do attitude;
  • The confidence to seek and suggest improvements or efficiencies to their own working practices;
  • Ability to maintain the strictest confidence at all times.
