Job Profile

Our growing Human Resources team is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to partner with hiring managers and support them through the end-to-end recruitment process.

 

We’re looking for a recruiter that has experience of high-volume recruitment. We are a fast-growing company and the demand for new positions, in addition to replacement hires, is high. You will be working on hires globally, but mostly for our offices in Malta, London, New York City and Hong Kong.

 

You’ll take full responsibility for the recruitment process end-to-end for roles spanning Operations, Commercial, Finance / Accounting, IT and Legal.

 

There will also be opportunities for you to get involved in projects as we develop the recruitment function within our growing and evolving business.

Your Responsibilities

  • Partnering with HR business partners, business leaders and hiring managers and advise on the best hiring strategy;
  • Write and manager job postings for the VistaJet website, job boards and social media;
  • Perform initial application screening, including first-stage telephone interviews, in line with the hiring manager’s brief;
  • Guide candidates through the recruitment process and act as their point of contact throughout;
  • Perform salary benchmarking exercises and lead offer negotiations;
  • Contribute to initiatives that drive efficiency in our recruitment process e.g. talent pooling and better use of recruitment tools;
  • Collaborate on the development of VistaJet’s Employer Brand and messaging.

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Experienced recruiter that has worked on high volume recruitment, either in-house or for a recruitment company;
  • Experience of recruiting for aviation operations, finance / accounting or IT jobs would be very useful, but isn’t essential;
  • You have worked with an applicant tracking system (we use iCIMS) and Linkedin Recruiter;
  • Experience recruiting internationally – ideally the USA and Hong Kong.
