    We are looking for a New York City-based Email Marketing Specialist to join our Marketing team and spearhead email campaigns. The scope is global, with a specific focus on the US market, the fastest growing region for the company.

     

    You will report to our Regional Marketing Manager (Americas), but will be working alongside our sales teams on all the campaigns around the world.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Managing our email strategy end-to-end: planning, briefing, deployment and analysis of all of VistaJet’s email communications;
    • Working closely with our Client Acquisitions Specialists (CRM), Events and Communications teams to create targeted, punctual and innovative email campaigns;
    • Working closely with our Sales teams to create successful email campaigns for their respective regions;
    • The in-house creative team (brand identity and digital) will support you on email templates and visual assets creation;
    • Reporting on campaign results and insights to key stakeholders;
    • Creation of trade marketing materials and tools.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • You’re an email marketer with roughly two years experience working on campaigns; experience working with Pardot is an advantage;
    • Experience working with CRM systems; experience using Salesforce is an advantage;
    • You have worked in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you have had to deal with competing deadlines and skillfully prioritise your campaigns;
    • HTML knowledge;
    • Experience reporting on email campaign performance;
    • Excellent English language and proof-reading skills;
    • An understanding of the luxury market and the tone of voice required to address the world’s leaders.
