This role is a fantastic opportunity for a hands-on IT Infrastructure Project Manager to drive IT Projects as VistaJet continues expanding its worldwide operations, applying best practices in IT Operations, Systems and Cyber Security.

You will join our IT Team in London reporting into the Head of IT Project Management and will work closely with our Head of IT Infrastructure to drive projects involving internal teams, external suppliers and business areas in a global operation, with multiple datacentres and offices in different geographical regions.

The Project Manager’s primary responsibility will be to ensure that IT Projects are delivered according to plan and budget across VistaJet’s international offices.  In doing this, the role holder will:

• Capture requirements, ensuring that proposals adhere to and optimise industry best practice wherever possible;
• Create project plans and track/manage the full project life cycle including risks, actions, issues and dependencies;
• Effectively communicate with various stakeholders across the business, in order that requirements are met, change is managed and project statuses are reported;
• Plan and gain approval for deployments and cut-overs;
• When applicable, hands-on contribution to projects, working with IT Infrastructure Team during implementations.

• Prior demonstrable experience managing complex IT Infrastructure projects, including deployments, upgrades and migrations;
• Sound and demonstrable knowledge of Project Management principles;
• Intrinsically driven, with a flair for delivering at a high standard in a fast-paced, online environment;
• An analytical mindset and ability to find solutions to complex situations;
• Confident and maintains a results-oriented approach when dealing with multiple stakeholders and conflicting demands;
• Willing and able to travel internationally;
• Familiar with the following technologies, as used by the IT Infrastructure team:
• Windows (2008 R2, 2016) and Linux servers
• Mac OS and Windows Desktop O/S
• File and print services
• Office 365 and Microsoft Exchange
• Telephony and conferencing systems
• VMware
• Mobile phone management and systems (Blackberry, Android, iOS)
• Active directory
• Basic networking skills; familiarity with Cisco technologies is an advantage
• Citrix XenApp
• Understanding of enterprise hardware equipment (SANs, Blade servers, Firewalls, Switches, etc)
• Backup Technologies (EMC VNX / HP / EMC Data domain / Veeam)
• Excellent understanding of IT Operations Management best practices
• Cloud solutions and services – Amazon Web Services and Microsoft Azure
