    VistaJet, the first and only global aviation company, is looking for an Executive Vice President of Program Sales to lead the East Coast, USA, Program Sales team.

     

    You will support our President USA in leading a team of Vice Presidents of Program Sales and Program Sales Executives with growing our business on the East Coast half of the United States.

     

    Our Program offers all the benefits of a personal jet without having to bear any of the responsibility that comes with actually owning an aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.

    Your Responsibilities

    Business Intelligence

    • Coordinate in-depth analysis VistaJet’s market potential across the East Coast region, identifying emerging opportunities as required;
    • Work with Sales Vice Presidents to develop regional strategies;
    • Building a strong and consistent prospect pipeline;
    • Provide the CCO with required information and reports for Management meetings.

     Business Planning & Execution

    • Hitting monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targets for both new hours and cash targets, both personally and the East Coast team;
    • Accurately forecast future sales and adapt Sales plans as required to accommodate shifts in the marketplace;
    • Creatively approaching and executing a self-sufficient lead generation strategy including utilizing both the company’s and your own networks to exhaustion to generate leads, referrals;
    • Actively investigate lost sales opportunities to learn and avoid such re-occurrences while continuously build prospect lists to take appropriate action and improve corporate customer base;
    • Coordinate, process and follow-up on any special deal pricing for customers.

    Team Management

    • Regularly monitor KPIs and drive action plans across the East Coast sales team;
    • Ensure thorough performance management of the respective sales team, responding to development needs as required;
    • Coaching and mentoring a growing team on the east coast so that each Vice President hits or exceeds their individual targets. Attend key customer meetings with Sales Vice Presidents as required;
    • Represent VistaJet at major industry events.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • An experienced sales person with a strong record of selling within or into a network in the New York City financial industry, including hedge funds, banks and/or private equity;
    • Confident and highly effective in both social settings/ networking events and in a board room;
    • A strong people manager with proven success in managing and motivating a remote team;
    • Demonstrates strong business acumen and a wide-ranging knowledge of US/global economic trends;
    • An intuitive reader of the market with the ability to accurately analyse market trends and forecast sales potential;
    • A strong head for figures with the ability to develop and improve processes for forecasting and results tracking;
    • A strong lateral influencer who is able to unite multiple departments to achieve results.
