    VistaJet, the first and only global aviation company, is looking for a Human Resources Administrator to be the first point of contact for VistaJet employees on HR related matters.


    You will be based at our Malta Headquarters and will be supporting employees in our Malta, London, New York and Hong Kong offices as well as flight deck crew and Cabin Hostesses based around the world.  

    Your Responsibilities

    • Keep constant communication with employees and channelling queries to the relevant team member in the HR team
    • Support the computation of payroll
    • Support the filing of HR documents and employee files
    • Coordinate the induction training and other ongoing departmental training
    • Manage the onboarding of new employees
    • Input employee information on various HR related systems
    • Maintain the HR general email inbox
    • Support HR projects as needed
    • Provides assistance to the HR team on day-to-day activities related to HR, recruitment and payroll.
    • Prepare general HR related correspondence
    • Perform other HR general duties as assigned 

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Previous experience in a HR administrative role OR degree educated in a HR related field;
    • Excellent organisational skills and an impeccable attention to detail;
    • Fluency in English with clear written and verbal communication skills;
    • Strong proficiency with business systems and MS Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel);
    • A positive can-do attitude;
    • The confidence to seek and suggest improvements or efficiencies to their own working practices;
    • Ability to maintain the strictest confidence at all times.
