We are currently looking for a Finance Administrator, on a six month fixed term contract) to join our Finance team which is based in our Malta Headquarters.


    Your Responsibilities

    • Managing accounting generic mailbox
    • Performing finance administrative tasks
    • Addressing and co-ordination of inter-department queries to ensure an efficient and smooth operation.
    • Liaising with suppliers, and other departments when required, to verify and ensure correct and accurate invoice processing.
    • Creation and maintenance of new Vendor master data
    • Preparation of Accounts Payable reports
    • Adopting a continuous improvement attitude to all processes and participate in various improvement projects
    • Additional Finance tasks as distributed by the management team.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Experience working in an administrative position, experience in Accounts Department is considered a plus;
    • Experience with Microsoft Office applications;
    • Minimum O-level standard in maths, english and accounts;
    • Very good English – Written and Spoken;
    • Organised;
    • Excellent Communication Skills;
    • Team Player and Great Attitude.
