    Our growing Operations team is looking for an Operations Liaison to join the team in New York City. You will report to the Vice President of Operations, VistaJet US and will work in cooperation with our Operations headquarters in Malta (Europe).

    Your Responsibilities

    • Running initial feasibility checks. This includes:
      • Running initial Flight Plan and runway performance analysis;
      • Checking International trip requirements (permit requirements, political restriction, etc.);
      • Making sure that all airports have the necessary requirements for the feasibility of the trip (Operating hours, handling assistance, suitable facilities and others);
    • Ensuring that all flights are prepared in a timely manner with all related services confirmed, i.e. landing and overflight permits, slots, handling assistance, customs arrangements and fuel;
    • Maintaining full overview of the fleet operation before, during and after each flight. Acting proactively and swiftly upon situations such as weather diversion, recovery after technical issues and route re-planning when needed;
    • Being the first point of contact for the Customer Service and Sales Teams for Operations related matters;
    • Ensuring that the fleet is always optimized while maintaining customer satisfaction, safety and cost saving as top priorities.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    2 years’ experience within Business Aviation environment in at least one of the following:

    • Flight Dispatch;
    • International trip planning;
    • Long range planning and Dispatch.


    Beneficial, but not essential experience:

    • Recognized International Dispatch License;
    • Jeppesen JetPlanner Experience;
    • Worldwide Operations Experience;
    • Customer Service related role Experience.
