    VistaJet, the leading global business aviation company, is looking for a Crew Training Administrator to join its team in Malta, on a temporary basis. 


    The Crew Training Administration team is responsible for the coordination of recurrent training for VistaJet’s Captains and First Officers.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Coordinating and scheduling all initial and recurrent training for flight crew;
    • Liaising with relevant authorities in connection to pre-notifications, licence renewal and assessments for competence;
    • Liaising with training providers in order to ensure high quality standards of training;
    • Supervising and maintaining all training validity dates in order to make sure crews are prepared for line duty;
    • Reviewing and checking all training documentation to satisfy legal requirements and VistaJet’s standard operation procedures;
    • Coordinating and handling licence transfers between authorities;
    • Cooperating with other departments in order to maintain smooth activity of all training;
    • Other duties that may arise from time to time.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience


    • A competent user of Microsoft Office programmes, including Outlook, Excel and Work, and web-based systems;
    • Ability to prioritize your workload, ensuring that all of your deadlines are met;
    • Impeccable attention to detail that will ensure a high-level of accuracy in your work;
    • You possess an excellent standard or written and spoken English;
    • Previous experience in an administrative role will be an advantage, but isn’t essential.
