    As Pre-Sales Manager, you’ll be reporting directly to the Executive Vice President of Program Sales and will lead a team of Program Sales Executives in London, Switzerland and Dubai.

    Your Responsibilities

    As our Pre-Sales Manager you will lead the Program pre-sales function with a view to improving our engagement with qualified prospects, driving B2C charter flight revenue growth and increasing the number of meetings booked for our sales team.


    Your responsibilities will include:


    • Managing a team of Program Sales Executives (pre-sales);
    • Leading the Program Sales Executives in increasing Program sales through increased engagement with qualified prospects, driving B2C On-Demand (charter) revenue growth, and increasing the number of qualified prospect meetings booked for the sales team;
    • Collaborating with Marketing to ensure maximum effectiveness of email campaigns and prospecting events;
    • Training, coaching and mentoring your team;
    • Working with EVP of Program Sales to further enhance and develop our corporate strategy;
    • Working with our regional presidents and Vice Presidents to understand the specific needs of their market and adapt the pre-sales strategy accordingly;
    • Responsible for CRM-database from lead to the point of sale;
    • Working closely with salesforce project lead to enhance salesforce capabilities and make the system more time efficient for users.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Several years of sales experience, including at least two years’ experience of leading a team;
    • Experience of developing sales team members into high-performers;
    • Experience using Salesforce;
    • A natural team leader that is adaptable and eager to embrace change;
    • A self-starter;
    • Possesses and analytical mind-set and utilises data to monitor KPIs and inform decision making.
