    Our Sales Directors of Program Sales are responsible for selling VistaJet Program membership within the designated territories. We are looking for a Sales Director to cover Italy.

Our Program offers all the benefits of a personal jet without having to bear any of the responsibility that comes with actually owning an aircraft. Flight solutions are designed for corporations, high-net-worth individuals, and entrepreneurs who need to fly regularly with guaranteed availability at a fixed price per hour.

     

    Reporting to a regional President / Executive Vice President of Program Sales, you will manage the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation through to close. We will partner you with a Program Sales Executive, who will assist you with their own prospecting activity.

    Your Responsibilities

    • Selling the VistaJet Program membership in your designated territory;
    • Building and maintaining and pipeline of qualified prospects for our Program Memberships;
    • Managing the complete sales process for your pipeline – from lead generation and first meeting, through offer and negotiation to close;
    • Where a Program or Silver Membership is not suited to a prospect, provide Program Executives with an introduction to the prospect, with a view to winning their Direct flight business;
    • Managing current customer accounts and maintain customer relationships with a view to maximize revenue, by selling additional hours to current customers, renewing contracts before they expire and encouraging referrals to new prospects, in conjunction with the Customer Experience team;
    • Log all sales activity in Salesforce and ensure Salesforce records are kept up to date and accurate.

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • At least four years of proven experience selling high value services, including building your own pipeline. Private aviation experience desirable;
    • Experience in dealing with High Net Worth individuals or C-level prospects is preferable;
    • Comfortable working with people at all levels and willing to be hands-on throughout every aspect of the sales and account management process;
    • You possess an entrepreneurial attitude and you’re ambitious and self-motivated;
    • Outstanding service and customer-oriented behavior;
    • Ability to work independently under pressure and as a part of a team.
