    VistaJet, the first and only global aviation company, is looking for an experienced email marketer to lead prospect generation through highly effective email marketing campaigns.


    As Email Marketing Manager, you will report to our Senior Manager, Digital Communications. You will initially lead an outsourced agency team to deliver our email marketing campaigns but will have the scope to bring elements of the email marketing process inhouse when it is determined to be appropriate.


    This is a new role, based in our Mayfair office. You will collaborate with our inhouse web, social and PR teams to produce campaigns that are befitting of VistaJet’s distinguished brand and reputation. These campaigns will be executed in multiple international languages and adopt tones of voice that are appropriate to their recipient.  

    Your Responsibilities

    • Maximizing prospect generation through the execution of highly effective email campaigns;
    • Managing our email strategy end-to-end: planning, briefing, deployment and analysis of all VistaJet’s email communications;
    • Collaborating with your marketing team colleagues to create targeted, punctual and innovative email campaigns;
    • Collaborating with our Sales teams to create successful email campaigns for their respective regions;
    • Producing email marketing campaigns in multiple languages and appropriate tone of voice for their respective targeted audience;
    • Producing highly insightful reporting on email campaign results and insights for key stakeholders;

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • You’re an email marketing manager with roughly four years’ experience working on campaigns for a large multinational company;
    • An effective communicator that has experience of briefing and managing agencies and inhouse teams;
    • An understanding of the luxury market and the tone of voice required to address the world’s ultra-high net worth individuals;
    • CRM experience – Salesforce experience will be an advantage;
    • Experience of segmentation and campaign insights;
    • You have worked in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment where you have had to deal with competing deadlines and skillfully prioritizing your campaigns;
    • Possess HTML knowledge;
    • Excellent English language and proof-reading skills – additional language skills will be useful;
