    The Vista Global EPMO is tasked with maintaining uniform and consistent best practices to successfully plan, execute and deliver key initiatives and projects across the business.  It manages and oversees the entire project portfolio from project initiation to closure, ensuring alignment with business strategy.  It delivers its mandate via an existing team of Project Managers and Process & Business Analysts.


    The Process & Business Analysis function focusses on driving business requirements-gathering, data management and process improvement.  Through these work streams it helps the business track their objectives while ensuring the continuous evolution of processes and applications, as well as providing the teams with key metrics to review performance in line with the same objectives.  This function also drives transformation through the onboarding of new processes into existing and new applications in collaboration with the Project Management, Product and Engineering teams.


    The role of Process & Business Analyst is suitable for someone having the requisite technical competence and qualifications, who recognises the importance of bridging the gap between business and technology to ensure project success.  The role has a global focus and will entail collaboration with Operations, Sales, Finance, R&D and other functions across the entire product portfolio.


    The role will be based in London, but the candidate should be willing to travel from time to time across offices in Malta, London and the US.

    Your Responsibilities

    Working within the EPMO and reporting to the Head Of Process Excellence, the Process & Business Analyst will:

    • Lead business process optimisation initiatives to identify areas for improvement and trigger technical projects if/when required
    • Capture and formalise business requirements (functional / non-functional) and high-level solution design documents
    • Form part of project teams delivering key projects in line with the business strategy
    • Guide project owners and stakeholders in formulating project ideas and project scope statements
    • Establish and maintain relationships with stakeholders and their teams in order to understand the needs of the individual functions and the organisation as a whole
    • Use data modelling practices to analyse findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements
    • Produce documentation and present to stakeholders when necessary
    • Support the R&D team to clarify any requirements with the Business

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Business Studies/Management, or a relevant professional qualification
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a business analysis role
    • In depth knowledge of business analysis tools and methodologies
    • Excellent stakeholder management skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
    • Ability to integrate in an international multicultural environment
    • Flexibility and readiness to travel
    • Experience in the aviation industry will be considered an asset
