    VistaJet, the worlds first and only global Aviation company is looking for a Purchasing Adminstrator to be part of our expanding Purchasing department. The role will be based in our Fort Lauderdale office and will play a key role in the overall procurement process and in the management of our global network of suppliers.

     

    VistaJet is the World’s only global aviation company, flying corporations, government and private clients to 187 countries on our fleet of 70 silver and red business Jets.

     

    Your Responsibilities

    • Assist in coordinating activities to ensure that department objectives are achieved 
    • Issuing of Purchase Orders and Follow up of orders until delivered and Invoiced
    • Managing Uniforms stores, stock Issues and returns to/from crew, whilst liaising with Uniforms Coordinator stock movement trends and re-ordering
    • Assist in the logistics of goods from point to point and Analysing
    • Interact cross-functionally with key stakeholders
    • Tracking purchasing activities and measurements
    • Assist and support Purchasing Managers in developing and implementing the purchasing strategy for the Company
    • Make sure Company policy and procedures are taken into consideration throughout 
    • Assist in analysing logistical problems and producing new solutions

    Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

    • Tertiary level of education and / or minimum of 1 year in the procurement of supplies and services (ideally both)
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
    • Strong commercial focus and business-critical analysis
    • Creative and innovative thinking
    • Great communication skills
    • Aviation experience is considered as an Asset
    • Experience to work in a fast pace environment
    • Team player, self-driven, taking initiative and enthusiastic
    • Ability to work independently
    • Ability to work under pressure
    • Willing to travel when/if necessary
    • Experience on SAP is considered as an Asset
    • Excellent Communication skills in English

    This role requires being authorized to work in the United States.
