Every VistaJet flight has a Cabin Host/ess onboard. Working a 17 day rotation* you will be solely responsible for the entire cabin experience, including inflight service, cabin presentation and aircraft turnarounds. VistaJet is the world’s first and only global aviation company, having flown our customers to 96% of the world’s countries. Rotation rosters are not fixed making your next destination a surprise


We are recruiting now for bases across Europe: Austria, Germany, Italy, Malta, Spain, Switzerland, The Netherlands and The United Kingdom.



Creating a home away from home for the world’s most discerning travelers


On day one of your rotation, you will proceed from your local airport to your assigned aircraft anywhere in the world and meet your fellow flight crew. VistaJet’s inhouse travel team will take care of all your hotel bookings and proceeding flight tickets during your rotation.


We assign one Cabin Host/ess per aircraft. Throughout the rotation you will manage the cabin operation and the experience of our passengers. Our Cabin Host/esses have exceptional organizational skills for keeping their cabin in order across time zones and destinations. They pre-empt the needs of passengers, including those that will be onboard for the next flight.  


Our cabins are equipped for all needs. Fine bed linen, cashmere blankets, Christofle silverware and porcelain, a curated library by Heywood Hill and an onboard entertainment system ensure a home away from home environment. You will oversee the aircraft stock and cabin appearance, including a full cabin clean after each passenger flight. We pride ourselves on offering an immaculate cabin.


We have our own inhouse Private Dining team who will be taking care of the catering for your next flight. All passengers can enjoy our private dining selection, created in partnership with some of the world's most renowned chefs and restaurants. Our Signature Wine List of favorable fine wines to enjoy at high altitude is also available on every flight.



Industry-leading training


Every possible VistaJet passenger need has been anticipated in our extensive training program that incorporates training by the British Butler Institute, Norland College and Wine & Spirit Education Trust. VistaJet is the first in private aviation to have inhouse MedAire instructors to ensure passengers enjoy unparalleled service as a standard on every flight.


You will learn essential skills in service excellence, communication skills, firefighting, food safety and hygiene, pet first-aid, WSET Level 1, and advance plating.



Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • You are passionate about delivering exceptional service that takes care of every detail and making every passenger’s experience unique.
  • You have experience working with VIP clientele offering them service, assistance or in a supporting role. Examples include, but are not limited to:
    • Private aircraft cabin crew.
    • Commercial airline cabin crew working in the First or Business Class cabins.
    • Five-star hotels.
    • Private residence or private office of a high net worth individual.
    • Personal assistant to a high net worth individual.
    • Yacht crew.
  • An EU, Swiss or UK passport holder, with the legal right to live and work in the EU, Switzerland or United Kingdom.
  • Able to obtain a second passport – please check with the issuing country(ies).
  • Fluent English language skills – written and spoken. Additional language skills are beneficial but not essential.
