The Cabin Training and Development Manager for Vista Global, is looking for an inspirational and motivated Service Trainer to join the team.  You will be based at our modern and spacious office in Columbus Ohio, additionally also spending time in our office in Malta, Europe, with your wider team.

 

You will be delivering new hire and refresher training, to our new and existing Cabin teams from the Vista family focusing on the USA AOC Jet Select, although completing the VistaJet training academy program, is essential.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver new hire and refresher cabin courses in Columbus Ohio
  • With direction from the Cabin Training and Development Manager you will be accountable for organizing and facilitating training courses, including preparation of materials, class-room environment, and logistics
  • Create and take ownership of all USA CBT, administration and training data
  • You will work with senior managers to report and learn from post flight feedback to evaluate training effectiveness
  • You would be the point of contact for USA uniforms and ensure the Cabin Flying team have the correct attire and standards, during training
  • You would report to the Cabin Training and Development Manager, and you will have a close local support network of Cabin Management in your office – ultimately ensuring the CH journey is seamless
  • The role is full-time, permanent and at times flexibility may be required including occasional weekends

Required Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • You will have proven experience working as a trainer and possess strong experience in delivering customer service excellence
  • You will display a passion for team coaching, inspirational development with the natural ability to deliver high quality, fun and engaging training
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential as are written and spoken English language skills
  • You will always strive for improvement, be diligent with your time planning and be able to work as part of a team, or alone
