Business Administration and Tourism Apprenticeship (w/m/d)

VistaJet GmbH also has further industry-related business units with Vista Aircraft Maintenance at Baden-Baden Airport and Vista Executive Handling at the Hamburg location.

We are looking for students to join our Business Administration or Tourism Apprenticeship at our Hamburg headquarters now. 

• General clerical work and data entry
• Writing and checking invoices and preparing order confirmations
• Correspondence in German and English language
• Organisation of daily office operations
• For the area of Tourism; booking flights for our crews, overviewing the crew schedule and communicating with crews on a regular basis
  

• Excellent school-leaving certificate or A-levels
• Excellent IT skills and a confident handling of MS Office
• Fluent written and spoken in both German and English
• Another foreign language besides English is an advantage
• Professional manners and strong communication skills
• High flexibility and maximum creativity
• Excellent organisational and coordination skills
